He employed two of the finest pastry chefs and they set about making the most scrumptious yet traditionally boring homemade cakes, sweets and treats in the area.
Customer by customer they gained a reputation for being rather good. So good, those customers started asking for custom cakes. Michael had a eureka moment. Longing for some excitement he began experimenting with the most tantalizing flavours and the most irresistible combinations. Sometimes crazy but always delicious, the Candy Cakes concept was born.
